Submission Fee & Refund Policy

All submission fees are final and non-refundable once the film has been successfully submitted and payment has been completed.

Applicants are responsible for reviewing all film details, eligibility requirements, uploaded materials and submission information before proceeding with payment.

Payment of the submission fee does not guarantee selection, screening, nomination or an award at MAIFF. All submitted films will be reviewed in accordance with the Festival’s official rules, eligibility criteria and selection process.

If a submission is incomplete, contains incorrect information, is subsequently withdrawn by the applicant, or is determined to be ineligible under the Festival rules, the submission fee will remain non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered where a payment has been duplicated or charged incorrectly due to a verified technical or payment processing error.
